📦 What is the order processing time?

We prepare the orders under 1 to 2 business days, from our workshop in Paris.


🚚 What are the delivery times ?

  • France 2 to 4 business days
  • Europe 4 to 7 business days

  • International 7 to 15 business days

 

💸 What are the delivery fees?

  • France From €5.17 — Free with purchase from €60
  • Europe From €9.90 — Free with orders over €200

  • Rest of the world From €9.90 — Free with orders over €200

 

Free delivery is offered in mainland France:
- From €60 purchase, as indicated on our delivery charges page.

For other destinations (Europe, Africa, etc.), the fees are calculated automatically when you validate your basket, depending on the country of delivery.

How does the welcome offer work?

When you place your first order with FYNLORA, you will receive a 10% discount with the welcome code received by email after subscribing to the newsletter.

 

👉 This discount applies to purchases of €15 or more.

Free delivery is also automatically offered in France for orders over €15.

🧡 This offer is valid only once per customer and can be combined with other current discounts or promotions.

 

🔄 Can I return an item?

 

Yes, you have 14 days to change your mind. The terms and conditions are available here or in the “Delivery & Returns” menu.


🧾 Can I receive an invoice?

 

Yes. It is automatically sent by email after each order. For any specific requests, please contact us at hello@fynlora.com.


 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Apple Pay
  • Shop Pay
  • PayPal
  • Klarna (depending on country)
  • Local payment methods (depending on the country: Bancontact, iDEAL, MobilePay, etc.)
  • Twint for Switzerland

 

Why can't I see some payment methods?

Some methods (such as iDEAL, Bancontact, MobilePay or Twint) are available only in certain countries.

The FYNLORA checkout automatically displays the options compatible with your location.

Is Twint available on FYNLORA?

Yes.

For Switzerland, Twint is available.

💡 It may appear under the heading “Mollie - Payments”, but the Twint logo is visible and the payment is indeed made via Twint.

 

What is “Mollie - Payments”?

Mollie is a secure European payment provider.

It allows us to activate certain local means (like Twint) depending on the country.

You are then redirected to your chosen method to complete your purchase.

Is the payment secured ?

Yes.

All transactions are figures and protected by security standards (SSL / 3D Secure when required).

FYNLORA never stores your bank details.

 

I can't pay, what should I do?

If a payment fails:

  1. Try another payment method (card / PayPal / Apple Pay)
  2. Check that your bank has not blocked the transaction.
  3. Try again in a few minutes
