General Conditions of Sale (GTC)
Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the FYNLORA website. www.fynlora.comThese terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the sale of products offered by FYNLORA. By validating an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions without reservation.

2. Products
The products offered for sale on FYNLORA are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in presentation (colors, textures) may occur depending on screen display settings or the handcrafted nature of certain items.
- Availability : Products are offered subject to availability. If an ordered product is unavailable, the customer will be informed as soon as possible, and a refund or exchange may be offered.
3. Order
- Process : To place an order, the customer must select the products, add them to the cart, and finalize the purchase by providing the requested information.
- Order confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent to the customer after the order has been validated, summarizing the details of the order.
- Modification or cancellation: Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. In case of error, the customer must contact customer service as soon as possible.
4. Price and Payment
- Price : Product prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT), excluding delivery charges. FYNLORA reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products will be billed at the price in effect at the time of the order.
- Payment : Payment is made online via the following methods: PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, CB, ShopPay, Klarna. The order is considered effective upon confirmation of payment.

Welcome offer
For all first orders of €15 or more, FYNLORA offers a 10% discount and free delivery within mainland France. This offer is valid only once per customer and can be combined with other current promotions.
5. Delivery
- Delivery areas: FYNLORA delivers to Europe, French Overseas Departments and Regions (DROM), the United Kingdom, Oceania, and North America.
- Delivery times: Estimated delivery times are 10 to 15 business days from order confirmation. These times may vary depending on the destination or logistical constraints.
- Delivery costs: Delivery charges are indicated at the time of ordering and depend on the delivery method chosen by the customer.
- Responsibility : FYNLORA cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU and Articles LPursuant to Articles 221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason.

Exclusions: This right does not apply to the following products:
- Made to measure or customized.
- Unsealed after delivery for hygiene or health protection reasons (e.g. loose leaf teas or coffee).

Return procedures:
- The customer must inform FYNLORA of their decision by email to hello@fynlora.com or via the withdrawal form (available in the appendix).
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition within a period of 14 days following the notification.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund : FYNLORA will refund the order amount (excluding delivery charges) within a period of 14 days after receiving the returned products.
7. Liability
FYNLORA cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of products, normal wear and tear, or force majeure.
8. Personal Data
FYNLORA collects and processes customers' personal data in compliance with applicable regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Use : The data collected is used to process orders, deliver products, and provide customer service.
- Sharing : The data may be shared with logistics and payment providers.
- Rights: The customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by contacting hello@fynlora.com.
9. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the customer can contact customer service to attempt an amicable resolution. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the customer's place of residence or those designated by law.
10. Modification of the T&Cs
FYNLORA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in effect on the date of the order.

Warranty Provisions
All Products benefit from legal guarantees, provided that they have been used normally and that the maintenance advice has been followed.
1. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
In accordance with European legislation (Directive 2019/771), all products sold on FYNLORA benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity.
- This guarantee applies to defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery of the product.
- The duration of the legal guarantee is two (2) years from the date the product is received by the consumer.
In case of non-compliance, you have the right to:
- For repair or replacement of the product, depending on feasibility and cost.
- If these options are impossible or disproportionate, you can request a full or partial refund.
To claim under this warranty, please contact us by email at hello@fynlora.comspecifying:
- Your order number.
- A description of the defect or problem observed,
- Photos or other evidence of the defect, if necessary.
2. Legal Guarantee Against Hidden Defects
In accordance with Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code and applicable European law, the products sold also benefit from the legal guarantee against hidden defects.
- This warranty covers hidden defects that render the product unfit for its intended use or significantly diminish its usefulness.
- You have a period of two (2) years from the discovery of the defect to invoke this guarantee.
If a hidden defect is discovered, you can:
- Return the product and get a full refund.
- Store the product and obtain a partial refund.
3. Warranty Exclusions
Warranties do not cover:
- Normal wear and tear of the product.
- Damage caused by improper use, negligence, or maintenance not in accordance with instructions.
- Modifications or repairs carried out by an unauthorized person.
4. Return Fees and Processing
In the event of a non-compliant product or one with a hidden defect, return shipping costs will be covered by FYNLORA. We will provide you with a prepaid label or reimburse the shipping costs upon presentation of proof of payment.

2. Legal Guarantee Against Hidden Defects
In accordance with Article 1641 of the Civil Code and the applicable provisions of European law, FYNLORA guarantees its customers against hidden defects in the products sold which render them unfit for the use for which they are intended or which diminish this use to such an extent that the buyer would not have acquired them, or would have given a lower price, if he had known of them.
1. Champ d'Application
The legal guarantee against hidden defects applies if the following conditions are met:
- The defect is severe, not apparent at the time of purchase and renders the product unfit for its intended use.
- The defect was present at the time of purchase, even though it manifested itself later.
- The client acts within a period of two (2) years from the date of discovery of the defect.
2. Customer Rights
If a hidden defect is discovered, the customer can choose between:
- Return the product and receive a full refund.
- Store the product and request a price reduction proportional to the severity of the defect.
3. Procedure to Follow
To benefit from this guarantee, the customer must:
- Contact FYNLORA customer service at the address hello@fynlora.fr or by mail to 60, rue François 1er 75008 PARIS.
- Provide the following:
- The order number.
- A detailed description of the problem encountered.
- If possible, evidence of the defect (photos, videos, or any other document).
- FYNLORA will conduct an analysis of the request and may, if necessary, request the return of the product for expert assessment.
4. Return and Repair Costs
In the event of a proven hidden defect, FYNLORA will assume responsibility for:
- Return shipping costs (prepaid label or reimbursement of shipping costs upon presentation of proof).
- A full or partial refund depending on the option chosen by the customer.
5. Exclusions
The legal guarantee against hidden defects does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper use or negligence.
- The apparent defects that the customer could have identified at the time of purchase.
- Products modified or repaired by the customer or a third party without authorization from FYNLORA.
6. Limitation of Liability
FYNLORA cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of a defective product.
