Return, cancellation and order modification policy
Modify or cancel your order (30 minutes after payment)
You have 30 minutes after payment confirmation to modify or cancel your order directly from your order confirmation. During this time, you can:
• cancel your order in its entirety
• change your delivery details
• modify the quantity, model or reference of an item, subject to availability
After this 30-minute period, your order will be processed and can no longer be modified or cancelled through this method. You can then exercise your right of withdrawal (see below).
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason and without penalty.
To exercise this right, use the “Contract cancellation"accessible at the bottom of each page of our site (footer). You will receive an acknowledgement confirming your withdrawal request.

• Items must be returned new, unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, up to a flat fee of €4.50, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
• We recommend that you keep proof of shipment.
Repayment
Upon receipt and verification of the returned items, we will proceed to refund the remaining amount due (order amount less flat-rate return fees) to your original payment method, within a maximum of 14 days.
