Preparation times :
All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery times :
Metropolitan France: Maximum 5 working days after dispatch.
Europe: 5 to 7 business days.
International: 7 to 14 business days.

For customers in a hurry, FYNLORA offers an express home delivery option (valid in Metropolitan France only).

After your order is prepared within 24 business hours, express delivery usually takes place within2 to 3 business days

Carriers :
Deliveries are made via La Poste (Colissimo), Mondial Relay, FEDEX, depending on the country of destination.

Delivery costs :
Fees are calculated at the time of payment, based on weight and destination.
Free delivery is offered for orders over €60*.
