We prepare each order with care, like a ritual.
At FYNLORA, we do not artificially increase the price of our products to absorb delivery costs.
Each item is offered at its fair price, and shipping costs correspond to the actual costs incurred for careful and secure delivery.
FRANCE
Relay point delivery
Orders prepared within 24 to 48 business hours

Standard home delivery
Orders prepared within 24 to 48 business hours
Express Home Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.
Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 6pm are usually shipped the next working day.
Orders placed from Friday to Sunday are shipped starting the following Tuesday.

INTERNATIONAL (outside the European Union)

- The price depends on the destination country and the weight of the package.

Customs duties or local taxes may be applied by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the customer.*

For countries located outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes and/or VAT may be applied by the authorities of the destination country at the time of delivery.
These potential fees are set by local authorities and charged by the carrier. They are independent of FYNLORA and remain the responsibility of the customer.
We select reliable carriers (FedEx) to ensure accurate tracking and secure delivery.
Swiss
Orders shipped to Switzerland may be subject to Swiss VAT (8.1%) as well as administrative fees charged by the carrier.
As a guide, for an order of €100, VAT represents approximately €8.
Norway
Orders to Norway may be subject to local VAT (approximately 25%) as well as any processing fees applied by the carrier upon delivery.
These fees are determined by the Norwegian authorities.
United States
Shipments to the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes and/or administrative fees applied by the carrier, regardless of the order value.
These fees are determined by the US authorities and are not dependent on FYNLORA.
FYNLORA is unable to anticipate these costs, as they are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country.
Packaging and safety
All FYNLORA parcels are carefully packaged.
