Product description :
Afɔvi means “light breath” in Ewe.
This is exactly what this fan embodies.
Foldable, elegant, vibrant with wax patterns, Afɔvi is an accessory that is both practical and symbolic.
Each piece is handcrafted from wax fabric and dyed goat leather, carefully sewn using artisanal know-how passed down in Togo.
Easy to slip into a bag, it opens with a single gesture and accompanies you in hot moments, ceremonies, or simply as an object of beauty and anchoring.
Afɔvi is a gesture.
A breath.
A gentle way to stay connected to yourself, even in the turmoil.
The story of Afɔvi
In the Ewe language, Afɔvi means “light breath”.
In Togo, fans are passed down as a familiar gesture.
They are there in the great heat, the celebrations, the moments of waiting or silence.
Handmade with wax and stitched goat leather, they tell the story of both the beauty of everyday life and the elegance of simple gestures.
This one was made in Lomé, respecting traditions.
It fits in the hand, slips into a bag, deploys in an instant, to bring freshness, style and presence.
Afɔvi is not just an object.
It's a breath.
A reminder of the moment. A memory of the wind.
